I make Games. I started in 2011 and I like it.
I write Words, which is most usually my take on making games and playing games.
I make Images. You know, drawings, comics, some interactive things, etc.
I wrote a Book. Called How to Play a Video Game.

I currently teach game design and internet-based interventions and art projects at the Department of Design and Computation Arts at Concordia University in Montréal. Previously I have taught game design, experience design, prototyping, and criticism at institutions including the Institute of Digital Games at the University of Malta, the Center for Computer Games Research at the IT University of Copenhagen in Denmark and the HotSoft Lab at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
I have a Ph.D. and an M.Sc. from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. My Ph.D. was about video game values (PDF). My M.Sc. was about user-interface metaphors (PDF).
