( I drew these back in 2004. They were published in a student magazine called Salient. They're based on images from a book I bought for 50 cents called Being Blind. I offended some people. I maintain they are somewhat funny. )

Pippin! I was at uni when these were published and loved them! I never forgot about them and wondered all this time who did them. Unbelievable.
I´m a huuuge fan of them and they still, on occasion, make their way into my small talk.
Mystery solved,

That is a truly great story – so funny thinking of all this secret identity stuff. I love the idea that Being Blind sometimes makes its way into your small talk – I don’t think I’ve ever received a higher compliment!

Wow, what a blast from the past. I remember laughing at these and feeling a bit guilty about it.
Can you out some of the other Salient cartoonists from the era?

Hah. Awesome. Unfortunately I don’t know any of the other cartoonists from the Salient days… I know the guy who did a comic for the Massey version, which I think was called Lucid – his comic was called “Gaybot”. We had an unspoken rivalry.
