Frankly I’m not super happy with the drawings, but I like the colours. I’ll tell myself I was channeling cave paintings. Also, this is the 303rd post on this site, which is pretty cool.
Rilla thought the knife in the guy’s chest was actually a tiny little extra guy standing on the guy’s chest. But that’s not the case, though it might make for an even better joke?
When I’m right I’m right. This one came about from my great enjoyment of the concept of a “dead table” and went from there to the great heights that you now see presented before you. This is the good stuff.
Have had this one sitting in the notebook for a fair while before drawing it because I actually think it’s a bit funny and I wanted to do a decent job.
Another of these buildings-based comics. I’ve had this idea in my notebook for ages and kept putting it off so, in the end, I’ve drawn it pretty shitty. I’m not apologising, I’m just sayin’.
When you’re right, you’re right. And this time I’m definitely right. I think you’ll agree with me here. Comedy gold. And not the first thing I’ve drawn about dead birds, creepily enough.
A very quick little comic from the ol’ notebook as I continue to try to get back into the swing of drawing and thinking of dumb ideas. Zing!
Another from this series, drawn a bit roughly as an experiment of some kind. I don’t know what to tell you except that these things are what they are.
A blunt little poem with an awkward end, the kind I like. As I whined about on my blog, this was an attempt restart my making mojo. I think it works out alright. Well, it doesn’t work out for him, but you know.
I think I was (poorly) channeling Tom Gauld a bit here with the drawings of the figures. The best thing about this is the drawing of the olives. Those are some convincing olives.
